Celetrin aims to provide a seamless creator booking experience. Refunds are only processed under valid circumstances as outlined below.

Money-back Guarantee

If your request cannot be completed by the creator, eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Eligible Refund Situations

  • Creator fails to deliver the booked service within the promised timeline.
  • Booking request is rejected or cancelled by the creator.
  • Technical or duplicate payment issues occur during booking.
  • Service becomes unavailable after payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed and delivered personalized videos or messages.
  • Incorrect details submitted by the user during booking.
  • Change of mind after creator has started processing the request.
  • Delays caused by incomplete information provided by the user.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business working days depending on the payment provider and banking systems.

Payment Disputes

Users are requested to contact Celetrin support before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes with banks or payment gateways.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may only be cancelled before the creator begins processing the request. Once work has started, cancellations may not be possible.
