Celetrin aims to provide a seamless creator booking experience. Refunds are only processed under valid circumstances as outlined below.
If your request cannot be completed by the creator, eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business working days depending on the payment provider and banking systems.
Users are requested to contact Celetrin support before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes with banks or payment gateways.
Bookings may only be cancelled before the creator begins processing the request. Once work has started, cancellations may not be possible.
